How to Register a Private Limited Company

3. Apply for the name availability:

Before filing for the incorporation, a unique name is required. For the purpose, Directors must submit an application asking to reserve a specific name for the Pvt Limited Company registration through e-Form INC — 1. The Directors must ensure that an appropriate form is filled. One single application can contain a maximum of 6 different names, ranked in order of their preference along with why the name is a good fit for the company.

4. File the e-MOA and e-AOA to register ​a private limited company

5. Apply for the PAN and TAN of the company
